Dimensions are width × height in pixels. File size is the amount of data, measured in KB or MB. An image can have the right dimensions and still exceed an upload limit.
Use Resize Image for pixel dimensions. Use Compress Image for general file-size reduction, or Target KB when you have a maximum size. Crop Image removes unwanted areas rather than scaling the whole picture.
Common image tasks
For a form, first read its current dimensions, accepted formats and maximum file size. FileFit does not decide those requirements or guarantee that a portal will accept an image.
Crop unnecessary borders before resizing a signature or picture. Review the downloaded image at its intended display size, especially small text and signature strokes.
How FileFit processes files
Resize, Crop, Signature Resize, Convert Image and supported Images to PDF work in your browser. Compress Image and Target KB are browser-first; any available temporary server fallback requires clear confirmation before upload. Opening this hub does not upload a file.

Do I need resizing or compression?
Resize when you need different pixel dimensions. Compress when file size is the problem. For a maximum upload size, Target KB makes bounded attempts and reports whether the limit was reached.
Which image formats can I use?
The image editors accept supported static JPG, PNG and WebP files. Images to PDF accepts JPG and PNG. Check the chosen tool for its intake and output options.
Can a small file still have the wrong dimensions?
Yes. KB and pixel dimensions measure different things. Check both against the destination rules before uploading.
