Using FileFit

By using FileFit, you agree to use its image, PDF and form-preparation tools lawfully and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You do not need an account for the public tools.

Your files and responsibilities

You retain your rights in files you choose to process. FileFit does not claim ownership of them. You must have the rights or permission needed to use those files and must check that they do not expose another person's private information without authorization. You permit FileFit to handle a submitted file only as needed to provide the processing action you request.

Supported local tools process files in your browser. Server tools receive a file only when you start that processing action. Server-job files use temporary private storage and the cleanup approach described in the Privacy Policy.

Permitted use and safeguards

Do not use FileFit for unlawful activity, malware, harmful or unauthorized copyrighted material, privacy violations, attempts to access another person's job or file, bypassing security controls, automated abuse, or excessive load that disrupts the service or other users.

Results and availability

Conversion and compression results can vary. Formatting may change, a requested target file size may not be achievable, and a prepared file may not meet the requirements of the place where you submit it. Review important outputs and the destination's current requirements before relying on or submitting them.

FileFit may be unavailable or limited because of maintenance, updates, technical failures or capacity limits. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a perfect result for every file.

FileFit content and other services

The FileFit name, interface and site content belong to their respective rights holders; these terms do not transfer those rights to you. Links to outside guidance or services are provided for convenience and may have their own terms. FileFit's current application does not use an external file-conversion API; its server tools may use software installed on its server.

Disclaimers and responsibility

FileFit provides its tools as available, subject to applicable law. We cannot guarantee that every file will process successfully or that an output will be suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FileFit is not responsible for losses arising from an unavailable service, an inaccurate output or a failure to check an output before using it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
