Choose the right image setting
Width and height are measured in pixels. File size is measured in KB or MB. Use Resize Image for dimensions and Target KB for a maximum upload size. Check both against your form’s requirements.
Troubleshooting
Why is my file not accepted?
Check the formats shown by the tool and its validation message. Renaming a file extension does not convert its format. Try an undamaged original in a supported format.
Why is the result still too large?
Some targets cannot be reached while keeping useful detail. If your destination permits it, try smaller dimensions or another accepted format. Always review the reported size and the downloaded file.
Processing stopped. What should I do?
Read the message and retry when the tool offers it. For a large local file, closing other tabs can free memory. If server processing is unavailable, try later; selecting the file again does not make the server available.
Where is my download?
Choose Download on the result screen, then check your browser’s downloads. Save server results before the link expires. Keep the original so you can process it again if needed.
